The quality, good value. Nicely presented hotel, unbeatable location close to Train station and attentive staff. Very comfy beds, a living room, a kitchenette and two TVs in the room. Delicious croissants, bread, muffins and eggs for breakfast.

Clean hotel in a pretty building just next door to transport links and local amenities, London Bridge tube station and attractions like the Tower Bridge. Spotless and fully-equipped room, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the room. Great service during my pleasant stay. Marvellous and peaceful location to Lakeside Shopping Centre.

Modern, clean apartment. Ideal for business stay, as was the purpose of my trip.
Open-plan arrangement might not be to everyone's taste. I was upgraded (late arrival) to a 2 bed 'American' apartment which had a double bed on either side of the entrance door. Although summer, the apartment was uncomfortably hot (30+ degrees). The internal fan had been isolated, but on switching on this was a little noisy (could not be left on at night). Alternative was open windows onto a busy road. Not really London Bridge - closer to Borough...

The location
had to change rooms as the thermostat didn't work making it unberably hot. in the new room cooker didn't work and the bathroom light switched itself on and off throughout the night. There was only one staff on so problem not resolved. Had to order takeaway at an additional expense when already bought food.
